It’s my story , but I found my true calling in early childhood,I have often found myself drawn to lighthouses. My whole being resonates with the symbolism of the Lighthouse (a deeper relationship with God) . A light serving as a signal, warning, or guide at sea. And this very thought has inspired me to paint.
Although my liking developed at a tender age, I am an amateur artist and this painting I thought conveys the place I long for.But rather its the worst nightmare. As a little girl I feared mountains and Sea(gushing Sea).
There are very few occasions When I had been at beaches and avoid totally when its dark. But in that fear I find solace at the mere appearance of a light house.Standing tall and unaffected by wrath of weather.

Lighthouse is no less than a Temple or a Church or a Mosque to me as it shows path in the most vulnerable of moments in a sailors life.My masterpiece dedicated to the “Master of the Universe”. Each time I gaze at “The Lighthouse” my heart is deeply touched. For me the lighthouse means God’s guidance .
We always need to have regular personal time with God;during which we are refueled or refired, the reason why the Lighthouse exists is to “illuminate the way”. Just to illuminate the way mind you, it is never to help us choose or judge the path we take.
We are each on our own individual journey. If you listen and follow your inner child you will know what feels right for you and this light will lead you on the path that is best suited for your destination.
As it goes “Lighthouses are stable structures that have weathered many storms, and this has made them a symbol of stability and steadfastness, their immovability inspires perseverance and dedication for overcoming challenges and adversity“.
- We each choose our own experiences.
- We are the ones who walked through our fears despite our resistances.
- We are the ones who took the difficult path,we traveled through uncertain and difficult situations while maintaining our trust and faith.
- We are responsible for our own “decisions”.We are entitled with our own share of What If’s
It takes a lot of courage and strength to walk through the darkness alone and make it to the other side. This is a very sacred time as we are being aligned with our higher purpose, which is ultimately to have peace, love and happiness in life by just being ourselves and doing what we enjoy.
May we collectively hold the space and illumine the way so, that each one of us can find our own personal paradise and shine our brilliant light to bring clarity and ease in all aspects of our lives.
However, to be happy you need to figure out what you believe and then live it.
So Please God! illuminate my path and guide me in my journey…..
A lighthouse doesn’t save the ships; it doesn’t go out and rescue them, it’s just this pillar that helps to guide people home.
Don’t forget that may be you are the lighthouse in somebodies storm.
